Can't clearly articulate her coaching offer. Morphs it per client ("I come meet you where you are") — no consistent product to sell. Nicole said: "People believe in you, but you don't believe in yourself." Hasn't closed a client in a long time.
Deep chatbot session TONIGHT to fully articulate the offering. Export what ChatGPT knows → paste into Claude → build clarity. Once she can explain it, sales calls transform.
Quinn (MC at Thrive) DM'd Taylor wanting to explore how she helps speakers and specifically MCs. Real opportunity.
Matt's take: Just be yourself. The likability is already there. Quinn invested time by scheduling — she's already interested. Don't sell. Let the pre-work sell the product; you sell you.
